You choose the project that interests you most, decide on the amount you want to invest, and follow the progress of the works through the platform. Upon project completion you receive your share of the profit.

Decide how much you want to invest, from as little as €100. Funds are held in a dedicated escrow account until the project starts.

Track and earn

Follow construction progress, quarterly reports and payouts. On completion you receive a proportional share of the project's profit.
