Using the full functionality of the platform requires registration and identity verification (KYC/AML) in accordance with the Croatian Act on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism (OG 108/17, 39/19, 151/22).

7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. The competent court in Zagreb shall have jurisdiction over any disputes, with the possibility of out-of-court dispute resolution through authorised institutions in the Republic of Croatia.
